MUBIT 2021 Call for Applications
9th Annual MUBIT Doctoral Workshop in Late- and Post-Ottoman Studies in Basel, 10–11 December 2021 with Dr. Berk Esen (Sabancı University, Istanbul)
The Program in Near and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Basel is pleased to announce the 9th annual MUBIT Doctoral Workshop in Late- and Post-Ottoman Studies. The workshop is a two-day, intensive course intended for select international doctoral students, who are entitled to 3 ECTS credits upon successful completion.
This year, we are thrilled to host Dr. Berk Esen of Sabancı University in Istanbul. Dr. Esen will lead a workshop on the topic of “Contemporary Turkish Politics.” The 2021 workshop will be held between 10-11 December 2021 at the University of Basel. The deadline for applications is 26 September 2021.
