Militancy in Exile, Tracking the Diverse Trajectories of Political Migrants from Turkey

Can Haldenbilen is currently working on the project provisionally titled "Militancy in Exile, Tracking the Diverse Trajectories of Political Migrants from Turkey". Focusing on four distinct locations (i.e., Basel, Berlin, Geneva, Paris) this project mainly investigates how and why the political engagements and life trajectories of political migrants from Turkey have substantially diverged since their arrival in Europe from the 1970s onwards.
